Personal Number Text Messaging Terms

Some BusyBunny members have their own personal phone number (a "personal number"). These terms cover text messages (SMS and MMS) sent from and to a personal number. They add to the BusyBunny Terms of Service and the BusyBunny Privacy Policy.

1. What these messages are

A personal number belongs to one person, who is registered with the phone carriers as its sender. Messages from a personal number are personal, one-to-one conversations from that person to people they know: friends, family, and people they deal with personally. The owner writes each message, or reviews and approves it before it is sent, using the BusyBunny assistant app. Personal numbers are never used for marketing, promotions, or bulk messages.

2. How you start receiving messages

You receive messages from a personal number only after you gave the owner your mobile number yourself, or texted the personal number first. There is no sign-up list, and numbers are never bought or shared.

3. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

4. Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time to stop all messages from that personal number. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more after it. Reply START to receive messages again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@busybunny.ai.

5. Privacy

Messages and phone numbers are handled as described in the BusyBunny Privacy Policy. They are visible only to the owner of the personal number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Program

Program name: BusyBunny Personal Numbers. Sender: the individual who owns the personal number.
