Delete your Busy Bunny account

You can delete your Busy Bunny account and the data stored with it at any time. There are two ways to do it: in the app (immediate), or by email request if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete in the app

Open Busy Bunny and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Read what will be deleted, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete account.
If you signed in a while ago, you may be asked to sign in again first. This protects your account from being deleted by someone else using your device.

Deletion starts right away. When it finishes, you are signed out and the account no longer exists.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, email support@busybunny.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Send it from the email address on your Busy Bunny account (or include the phone number you signed in with) so we can verify that the account is yours. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile and account settings
Chats, voice sessions and their history
Your planner (events, tasks, habits, goals, lists), notes and data library
Files you uploaded (documents, receipts, recordings, images)
Connected integrations: the stored access is deleted, and where the provider supports it (for example Google and Plaid) the access is also revoked at the provider
API keys you saved, agent and coding servers you connected, and your push-notification devices
Your sign-in account itself

What is not deleted here

FounderBunny: your FounderBunny workspace is a separate service with its own account. Deleting your Busy Bunny account removes Busy Bunny's connection to it, but not the workspace itself. To delete that too, email support@busybunny.ai.
App Store or Google Play subscriptions: these are billed by Apple or Google, so deleting your account does not cancel them. Cancel in your device's subscription settings (iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions; Android: Google Play, Payments & subscriptions) to stop billing.
Other services you connected (for example Google, Slack or Notion) keep their own data under their own policies. You can also remove Busy Bunny's access from those services' security settings.
Backups and records we must keep: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 60 days before it is permanently erased. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as payment records.
